All alloys produced at Techni-Cast are created under the strict control of our in-house laboratory using instruments calibrated to NIST standards.  In most cases we alloy elementally to the latest requirements of industry standards such as:

• ASME – American Society of Mechanical Engineers
• AMS – Aerospace Material Specifications
• SAE – Society of Automotive Engineers
• NACE – National Association of Corrosion Engineers
• DOD – Department of Defense Standards

We can also assist in producing and testing materials that must meet the following:

• Corporate Specifications
• Obsolete and Historical Standards
• Custom Alloy Requirements

Techni-Cast provides Certified Material Test Reports for mechanical and chemical properties as requested.  Additional testing requests are welcomed including:

• Hydrostatic Pressure Testing
• Notch Toughness Testing
• Corrosion Rate Testing
• Radiography, Ultrasonic, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle
